One computer opens a room. Everyone in the space scans the QR. A photo, a link, a scribble, a single emoji — whatever they send lands on the big screen the moment they send it.
How a room goes

Open a room on the computer driving the projector or the TV.

Show the QR. It sits at full size on the left until you hide it with Q.

Everyone sends. Text, photos, links, drawings, emoji. Each arrival gets a few seconds at full size, then settles onto the board.

Clear it for a fresh wall, or just close the tab and walk away.
Nobody signs up and nobody installs anything. The QR is the whole onboarding.
Rooms live in memory. Stop the server and the wall is genuinely gone.
It runs here. Phones reach it over the local network, with no cloud in between.
